Promotional Material: Ria's Natural Health Soap Ltd does not manufacture for promotional purposes.

Custom Manufacturing: Ria's Natural Health Soap Ltd does not custom manufacture products.

Hospitality: Unfortunately we do not sell to Bed & Breakfast businesses, motels, hotels or lodges.

Quantity: Ria's Natural Health Soap Ltd, reserves the right to limit quantities.

Refusal: Ria's Natural Health Soap Ltd, reserves the right to refuse orders.

To Order: Click on the order buttons that appear with items. When you click on the items they will be added to your shopping cart. To continue shopping click on the link under the continue shopping heading.

To order more of a particular item just change the quantity and click 'update quantities'.

Once completed shopping click on the 'go to check out' button you will be taken to the shipping menu.

On the shipping menu choose your shipping rate and click confirm.

Once happy with your order and shipping click on continue.

You are taken to the billing and delivery details, just fill in your details and select the payment method.

Credit Cards: We accept Master Cards, Visa, American Express, JCB Cards, Prezzy Cards and Loaded Prepaid Visa. All cards are processed using SSL Server and numbers are destroyed after processing. Your order is then sent out immediately.

Cheque: Post your cheque with the order number to us. Once we receive the cheque we send your order out immediately.

Bank Deposit: Use your order number as reference. As soon as your deposit arrives your order is sent out to you.

Delivery: After receiving your order and payment your products are sent out. We use New Zealand Post. We can deliver to Rural Delivery addresses and Post Office Boxes. Your order should arrive within 3-10 days. If it does not please contact us, we will investigate. Please note: We can not be held responsible for stolen items, if you have concerns for your item please use a work address for delivery, or advise a safe location for the parcel to be left.

Freight Charges: For nationwide delivery for up to 2kg (approximately 15 bars of soap or about 4 bottles of lotion or shampoos) is $4.50. For orders over 2 kg it is $7.50. For orders over 5kg the freight rate is $13.00. If your order has the incorrect freight rate, we will contact you before processing the order.

International Freight Charges: These are calculated according to the weight and destination of your order. We email these to you after placing your order, usually International Economy or International Airmail works out the best.

Please choose carefully: Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons we do not exchange products in change of mind cases.

Guarantee: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange products. However, if the products become faulty or damaged in the post we replace or refund. Please contact us by phone or email within 3 working days to arrange return of the goods. Please note: The broken/damaged goods need to be returned, to consider a refund/replacement.

Product Changes: Ria's Natural Health Soap Ltd, reserves the right to improve/change products to improve skin compatibility. In some instances products need to be modified to keep up with the industry standards. This does not mean the products are faulty.

Security and Privacy: All credit card details are destroyed after processing of your order. We use your contact details to process your order and to inform you of new products, future shows and special offers. Your details are not disclosed to other organisations. If you do not wish to receive future offers please inform us.
